Would you like to conduct your internship in one of the leading business law firms in Finland and to experience assistant work in an international environment? If so, this may be the opportunity for you.

Your main tasks as an Assistant Trainee

As an Assistant Trainee you will work in a challenging but rewarding position where you have the opportunity to put into practice what you have learned in school. Your typical workdays as an Assistant Trainee may include, for example: supporting our assistants and lawyers in various assignments, such as drafting documents and presentations; communicating with clients, authorities and our international offices; meeting and webinar arrangements; invoicing and other administrative tasks. The traineeship starts in August 2023 or as agreed with the candidate and lasts approximately 6 months.

Your profile

Ideally, you are studying business e.g. in a University of Applied Sciences ("tradenomi") and are highly motivated to learn about the tasks of assistants in a law firm.

In addition, you will thrive with us if you have:

  • service-minded attitude determined to deliver high-quality administrative support
  • fluency both in Finnish and English due to the nature of the assignments
  • an eye for detail
  • ability to manage several projects simultaneously
  • excellent IT skills including e.g. good command of Microsoft Office tools; and
  • a good sense of humour – we are serious about business, but we truly believe that working should be fun!
