Assistant Trainee, spring 2025
The opportunity

Our next traineeship is planned to start in January 2025 and lasts for approximately 7-8 months, with the possibility to work also during the summer.
The firm

What you'll do
As an Assistant Trainee you will work in a challenging but rewarding position where you have the opportunity to put your skills into practice. Your typical tasks may include, for example:
- supporting our assistants and lawyers in various assignments, such as drafting and proofreading documents and presentations
- communicating with clients, authorities and our international offices
- meeting and event arrangements
- CRM management, invoicing and other administrative tasks.
With us, you’ll have a unique opportunity to explore various areas of law, since our Assistant Trainees have the privilege of collaborating with all our diverse practice groups.
About you
Ideally, you are a Bachelor of Business Administration student e.g. in a University of Applied Sciences and are highly motivated to learn about the tasks of assistants in a law firm. In addition, you are a great fit to our team if you have:
- service-minded attitude determined to deliver high-quality administrative support
- fluency both in Finnish and English
- an eye for detail
- ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- excellent IT skills including e.g. good command of Microsoft Office tools; and
- a good sense of humour – we are serious about business, but we truly believe that working should be fun!

We offer you a paid, full-time position with competitive employment benefits that promote your well-being. Monthly salary for this traineeship is 2000 euros per month. You will work together with the team of 12 assistants as well as with the lawyers. You will be given a thorough orientation and a tutor to ensure that you will get the most of your traineeship.
