The opportunity

We are now looking for Junior Trainees to join our Helsinki office for periods starting in September 2025 and January 2026. The firm

What you'll do
As a Junior Trainee, you’ll gain practical experience in the daily operations of an international business law firm. You’ll get to see different areas of business law and develop your skills through a variety of tasks.
If you’re in your first or second year of law school, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. The role is part-time (approximately 2–3 days per week), making it easy to combine with your studies.
Together with other Junior Trainees, you’ll support our business services staff, trainees and lawyers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your tasks will include:
- Running errands and handling mail
- Setting up meeting rooms and assisting with events
- Supporting and covering for the reception
- Printing, scanning, and preparing documents
- Sharing legal updates with our lawyers
About you
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn. You’ll do well in this role if you:
- Have good social skills and enjoy working as part of a team
- Can adapt to changing tasks and situations
- Have a service-minded attitude and a sense of humour
- Are fluent in both Finnish and English
Practical Details
