We are looking for a passionate Employment Lawyer with experience in employment law matters within a business law firm or a comparable environment.

The team

Bird & Bird’s Employment group advises employers on all employment-related matters both locally in Finland and internationally around the globe. The group is a fully integrated part of Bird & Bird’s international employment group providing the lawyers with the opportunity to work on interesting cross-border assignments. Even though we appreciate previous experience in employment law matters, regardless of the experience years, what we value the most is your drive to practice employment law.

In addition, you are an excellent fit for our team if you have:

• solid knowledge of Finnish employment law;
• a team player attitude combined with a self-guided approach to work;
• a desire to provide clear, business-minded and practical advice to our clients; and
• fluency in Finnish and English.
