We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team in Helsinki!

The firm

What you'll do

As an HR Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our people operations and day-to-day HR activities. In this role, you will work in a versatile and responsible position at the heart of the organisation, where HR processes, administration, and supporting our business come together. You will be involved in a wide range of operational and developmental HR and administrative tasks, such as:

• Coordinating HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Managing recruitment processes and onboarding activities
• Acting as a key contact for partners and managers in day-to-day HR matters
• Contributing to the development of HR practices and employee well-being initiatives
• Producing internal communications and maintaining HR documentation
• Collaborating with Business Services teams (Finance, Marketing, etc.) across Finland, the Nordics, and globally alongside our international HR function

About you

Ideally, you have solid experience in HR and are comfortable working with a wide range of HR processes and day-to-day responsibilities. You bring a proactive and structured way of working, strong communication skills, and the ability to support managers and collaborate across the organisation. You would be a great fit for us if you have:

• a relevant degree in Human Resources (e.g. University of Applied Sciences)
• ~ 5 years of experience in HR, with experience in a professional services environment (e.g. a law firm) considered an asset
• hands-on experience with HR processes
• excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
• strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• a proactive, independent, and practical approach to work
• an interest in exploring and developing legal tech and AI-driven solutions
