The firm

As part of our Marketing and Business Development team, you’ll work alongside two marketing, communications and business development professionals as well as a wider group of business services colleagues. In addition to collaborating with your local colleagues in Helsinki, you’ll work closely with our Nordic colleagues.

What you'll do

As a Marketing Trainee, you’ll take on a wide variety of marketing, communications and business development responsibilities, ranging from daily hands-on tasks to coordinating different projects.

Your typical tasks may include, for example:

• coordinating seminars and webinars, including drafting invitations and other event communications
• creating engaging content for different channels, such as Instagram, LinkedIn and newsletters, using various digital tools
• coordinating legal directory submissions, such as Chambers and Legal 500
• creating marketing and business development materials, such as pitches and presentations
• supporting client relationship management and related administrative tasks
• contributing to our internal communications.

Depending on your interests and skills, you may also have the opportunity to take part in other projects and develop your expertise in areas that particularly interest you.

You’ll use both Finnish and English in your daily work, so it is important that you enjoy communicating in both languages and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About you

You may be a student, a recent graduate or already have some relevant work experience. What we value most is your attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn and develop. Ideally, you have a relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.

You would be a great fit for our team if you have:

• excellent project and self-management skills
• experience in coordinating events
• a creative and proactive mindset
• experience in creating social media content and a keen eye for detail
• excellent written and verbal skills in both Finnish and English; and
• a great sense of humour, as we take our work seriously, but believe it should be enjoyable too!

Previous experience in photography or working in an international environment is considered an advantage.
